Connect your mind and body with this BECYCLE align-based yoga class. Expect longer hold sequences, and variations to increase your flexibility. Designed to stretch and invigorate your muscles, developing more balance. A yoga block prop is recommended for this practice.
All levels are welcome, some experience recommended.
