Vic is our all-rounder who specialises in sports science, fitness and TRX training, as well as modern dance and ballet. She has danced for several national as well as international acts, so she knows what it takes to bring out the best in you during her barre and HIIT classes. She's a master on the beat, so expect rhythmic sequences and some serious sweating!
