All you need is a quarter of an hour to squeeze in a challenging round of exercises for your core. You'll tighten, sculpt and strengthen your abs through a series of controlled movements using your own body weight. If you're short on time, this is a great targeted workout on its own, or can be combined with another session for a more full-body approach.
No equipment is needed.
