Raised in Texas, Emily brings serious sass to her Barre classes. As a certified Group Fitness Instructor via the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Corrective Exercise Specialist in The Biomechanics Method, Emily knows just what your body needs to perform at its best and she crafts the right drills to make it happen. She is currently in pursuit of her certification as a Personal Trainer via ACE and Pilates Instructor through the Body of Arts and Sciences International (BASI) 500hrs+ global comprehensive program. She has also completed Becycle's 60-hour barre teacher training, indoor cycling instructor training, and several courses on pre and postnatal fitness. Her belief in the power of movement will encourage you to leave your baggage at the door and push past your limits - all while getting down to the beat!
