Meet Kate, our Australian yogi who teaches a strong Ashtanga yoga-inspired class, which focuses on building up to a peak posture throughout the flow. Expect to find a class that helps you build strength and corrects your alignment. Kate gives specific cues to help you perfect your practice and truly feel each asana while also placing importance on conscious breathing and long, deep restorative movements in practice.
