Stretch with Nadia
After many years of living in NYC and LA, this native German has finally decided to venture back to her roots. Nadia obtained her 200hr Vinyasa Flow YT certification at YogaWorks Los Angeles in 2015 and deepened her teaching skills, knowledge and practice in Rishikesh, India (300hr Hatha/Vinyasa TT), in 2019. She is also a certified pre-/post natal YT. Since becoming pregnant with her first child, Nadia has focused on creating her own yoga & workout program for other mothers-to-be. She’s passionate about encouraging a healthy and positive relationship between mother and baby. You can be sure her classes will leave you strong, empowered and well-prepared for the physical challenges that lie ahead.
