Meet Nikolai, our half German, half Canadian personal trainer and former professional dancer. After receiving a Diploma in professional dance theatre in London, he’s worked for various productions internationally. And as a licensed personal & functional trainer, he has now committed his life to fitness, and to his mission - making workouts fun again! His energy in Barre and HIIT are sure to push you to the absolute limit but you’re also guaranteed to leave filled with endorphins and a genuine sense of accomplishment.
