Born and bred in London, Joey is our cheeky chap from the UK. As our Head of Ride in-studio at BECYCLE, he perfectly transitions his skill set and knowledge onto the mat, for your explosive dose of HIIT. With certifications in Level 2 Group Fitness and Level 3 Personal Training from the European Institute of Personal Training, Joey prides himself on creating a strong balanced workout that is rooted in the science of motivation. Injecting humour and infectious enthusiasm into all his routines, he will push you to your limits alongside conditioning your strength and muscular endurance.
