Berlin born yogi, Mascha teaches Power Yoga and Yin Yoga. She has over 800 hrs of ashtanga-vinyasa training and 200 hrs Yin Yoga training, meaning she knows her stuff! When attending her class, expect to find elements of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in music-driven sequences that stretch and open your body beyond deep. She believes that yoga has the power to center you back to your true self, all the while opening your mind to the world’s innate and immense beauty.
